Are you working from home now and finding it harder to focus OR turn off?
Have you been thrown into the new role of educator, and career woman (as well as mother & housekeeper)
Do you feel uncertain about how to 'get everything done' efficiently?
Life really has flipped on us, I don't need to tell you that. So many of my friends have shared their struggles over the last few weeks and I'm seeing a few things happening in my community. Mainly negotiating this new world of working from home (which does seem a novelty at first), homeschooling (which did seem a novelty for the first hour) and then the managing everything in between.
I've seen women getting up at 4 or 5am to try and get everything done because the expectation on them is that they work, homeschool, and manage a household and frankly it isn't going to be sustainable if this new way of life remains for the next few months. Personally, I've already felt the effects. My body is getting run down, I'm tired and irritable - surely this bid to do all the things isn't good for our health?
In this a webinar I discuss this new way of life, including how to avoid the mental overload, create calm and maintain some kind of work/life balance in the current situation. In a way, I've somewhat experienced some of this before as I've worked from home for years now in my corporate role, I have two young boys and also run Mum-Me Fit Time (Plus I was also a school teacher in a former life).
Rest assured, it's not about being perfect.
I know you are going to have some great takeaways from this webinar. So I invite you to click the video above!
Meet Niki
HI, I’m Nikki, owner and trainer at Mum-Me Fit Time. Having worked as a qualified fitness professional in the Fitness Industry for over a decade, my interest in training mums peaked when I fell pregnant with my first child.
Undertaking qualifications in post-natal training, it became evident to me that our bodies go through a lot while producing and delivering the loves of our lives – our children.
My philosophy is that health and fitness should be a part of your life.
It isn’t a specific nutrition plan, it isn’t limiting yourself or doing things that you don’t want to do and most importantly it isn’t about taking yourself away or limiting what you can do with your family.
Health and fitness is about being the best version of you and my vision with Mum-Me Fit Time is to give mums who are juggling many balls, the tools, motivation and inspiration towards achieving their health and fitness goals. If you would like to have a chat to see if my programs would be the perfect fit for you.
