After a long day at work making decisions, juggling kids and their activities, keeping the household running and all the other mental load items you are juggling, do you feel to tired to contemplate doing exercise or anything else other than simply binging in front of Netflix?

The mental fatigue can be huge and then this leads us towards telling ourselves stories such as 'I'm to busy to exercise' or 'I'm to busy to start meal planning'. In fact, the thought of making a start on some of those things can become quite overwhelming.
