To get you started on your journey, here are your first three steps:

2. Watch out for the notification giving you access to the Busy Women's Monthly Membership Resource Hub. This will come as an email (within 24 hours). It may go to your junk/spam/promotions folders, so please check those and mark Mum-Me Fit Time as safe!


3. Start your very first activity, which is to simply breath. Deep breathing calms down our central nervous system and lowers stress hormones within your body. This is a vital step regardless of what you are trying to achieve with your health journey, as in most cases - these deep breathes are the starting point towards optimal health.
